I live in Russia.
Another essential thing to know about education and life in Russia, which combines both traditional and modern education concepts, is that education and living costs are more affordable than in many European countries, including Turkey. The position of Russian universities in the world rankings has become one of the best alternatives in the eyes of our students who want to continue their studies abroad with the quality of education increasing every year and reasonable prices. Tuition fees in Russian universities vary depending on the university and specialty that our student candidates want to be admitted to, but fees starting from $200 per academic year are required.
On average, a student living in public or private dormitories can live on a monthly budget of $250-$300. While these numbers may vary depending on the individual, the monthly expenses stipulated by the Russian government are below this number. For students from big cities and with particular social habits, it would be a mistake to base the cost below US$300. Based on the quality of education in Russia, university fees, and monthly expenses, studying at a university in Russia is one of the best options in the world for a student.
